These Introductory Courses are for general interest and for use on friends or family only. *Everyone is welcome although male students wishing to attend introductory courses must supply a partner/friend to work on during the lesson time (except those attending the Anatomy courses).
AROMATIC SWEDISH MASSAGE
Learn how to perform a deeply relaxing and therapeutic massage using Aromatic Oils. Students will learn how to massage the feet, legs, hands, arms, back and neck. *Male students wishing to attend any introductory courses MUST supply a partner/friend to work on during the lesson time.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology combines the stimulation of specific Reflex Points and Massage strokes to the feet and lower legs. This therapy is not only a great stress-reliever, but can also help headaches, migraines, anxiety, back ache and many other conditions.

ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY
Day 1: The Skeleton and Joints - Anatomy and diseases/conditions. The Muscles, tendons and ligaments and how they work
Day 2: The Heart and Circulation- Anatomy and diseases/conditions. The Lungs and Breathing and diseases/conditions. Digestion, the stomach, intestines etc.- and diseases/conditions
Fee: £50 per day - You can attend either one or both of the two days for depending on the topics you are most interested in. (see above)

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
The receiver of the massage is seated on a chair wearing a thin strap top or vest to enable the upper back and shoulders to be massaged with aromatic oils. *Male students wishing to attend any introductory courses MUST supply a partner to work on during the lesson time.

**If you have a condition that may affect you giving or receiving the massage, you must seek advice from your G.P prior to enrolling. Such conditions include pregnancy, high blood pressure, epilepsy, skin conditions etc. If you are unsure, please contact the school for advice prior to enrolling as all students are required to fully participate in the giving and receiving of the massage.
