These Introductory Courses are for interest and for use on friends or family only . *Everyone is welcome although male students wishing to attend introductory courses must supply a partner/friend to work on during the lesson time (except those attending the Anatomy courses).

*One Day Courses - Learn a complete treatment. Work with therapists and other introductory students
*Workshops are Taster sessions where you learn a shorter version of the full course
